My secret route in Tha Muang Kanchanaburi

Hi on last post I have introduced the route to Big Three, which is about forty kilometers.
This post I will tell you about my to secret route in Tha Muang District since only few local people will knows this route. (Even my wife didn't know this route). This route will take about 30 minutes for slow ride and non-stop.

Please see how can you get through this route now.

Before start let me tell the interested thing of this route.

• Bird cave on sand dune. This place is locate at the end of concrete road next to fence of Dam office. (Between number 1 and 2)
• Skylark nests on the tree. This tree locate opposite Sri Lo ha temple at the end of weir road.
• Scenic view of weir.

1. Starting from King Rama 9 Arboretum main gate.

2. Go straight toward Mae Klong dam.

3. Turn left on the second soi after Phanom Thuan Water Transmission and Maintenance Project (before Dam cooperative). After turn left you will see this road.

4. Go straight until reach the junction. You will see Ton Maduea Community (ชุมชนต้นมะเดื่อ) Sign.

5. Then, turn left for 30 meters and turn right.
6. You will see the road through weir. You can ride through this road.
7. When you ride to the end of weir road, you will reach Sri Loha Temple (วัดศรีโลหะฯ)

8. Then, turn left and go straight. You can enjoy scenic view of the weir on your left side.
There is also a lot of skylark nests on the tree at this corner.

9. Go straight until end or road, which is about  2 kilometers. Then turn right.

10. Go straight to the end of road which is a junction. Turn left.

11. Go straight to the end of road, then turn right.

12. Go straight until reach main road and turn left.
13. Go straight a about 50 meters you will reach the arboretum. Then go around arboretum fence until reach main gate. It will be end of this secret route.
